Information Security and Technology Assurance division exists to conduct relevant research, develop IT Policies, implement IT Policies and undertake quality control and assurance of IT systems and infrastructure to aid the UITS in achieving its vision.

Mr. Phanuel S.K. Asense
Deputy Director
Cybersecurity Tier 3 Analyst with 18+ years in digital forensics, cybercrime investigations, system analysis, computer programming, and network security.
Mr. Stephen K. Osei
Head, Network and Systems Security
Expertise in threat intelligence, risk assessment, incident response and digital forensics. Experience in IT security audits, computer networks, software engineering, staff training and compliance with data protection laws.
Mr. Papa Kwesi Quansah
Team Lead
SOC Analyst skilled in threat detection, threat hunting, incident response, and SIEM monitoring. Focused on protecting systems and responding swiftly to cyber threats.
